- Completed successful transition to a new 3PL partner, establishing a robust three-warehouse network that significantly improves our nationwide fulfillment capabilities.

- Negotiated new carrier shipping rates, driving substantial cost savings across our shipping operations. Estimated 15% savings on shipping.

- Achieved exceptional Amazon channel growth:

  • Record-breaking Prime Day performance with $61,949 in single-day sales
  • Q3 Amazon revenue of $832,549, representing 46.6% growth over Q2 ($567,712)
  • Consistent month-over-month growth with September reaching $301,113

- Launched our first in-person brand activation at the Eco-laundry in New York City (September 19, 2024), generating significant buzz and community engagement.
